Multi-step interview process which was quite long. They do take the candidates out for shop tours and give plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The multiple steps were with different people from different teams.

Question 1
Provide an example of a time when you had a disagreement with the team you were trying to make a change in.
Interviewed and received an offer 3 days later. The interview flowed like a conversation and was comfortable overall. The rest of the process was not as smooth and I felt very pressured to accept their offer which led me to decline. This definitely would’ve been a great opportunity, but it was not right for me.

Had one intrview with the HR, it was mainly behavioral questions, to get to know the kind of person i am whether i'm equipped to work in the field and whether i am capable of travelling to different sites.

The phone screening and virtual interview are straightforward. Questions focus on behavior and experience. Initial screen with a recruiter, followed by a panel of 3 engineers. One local team member in Greenville, SC, two engineers from India.
