Interview
I had an initial phone screening and then went in for an interview about two weeks later. I interviewed one on one with about 4 different people, two managers, one HR representative, and one technical leader. The whole interview lasted about 4hours. Since I drove around 3 hours each way for this interview I was supposed to receive reimbursement for around $200 for travel expenses but it has been almost a year after the interview and I have yet to receive any compensation or much of a response even after sending multiple emails to them.
Interviewed and received an offer 3 days later. The interview flowed like a conversation and was comfortable overall. The rest of the process was not as smooth and I felt very pressured to accept their offer which led me to decline. This definitely would’ve been a great opportunity, but it was not right for me.
