Interview
Phone interview a week after applying. Went well, and was asked about why I want the job, salary, etc. Went well. No contact for a month. 2nd interview took place a month later out of the blue. Only 1 person showed up for the interview. Went well. 3rd interview a month later. Went well. Went weeks without getting a reply from HR. GE site does not update according to current status on hiring process. Was never informed for weeks whether I got the job or not. HR does not communicate--at all. Job on hold, still no info from HR. HR does not respond.
It was a very smooth and straight forward process. It was about three rounds and the employees were very nice and easy going. I have no complaints and found the process painless.

Can you share an example of a time when you worked in an interdisciplinary team and had to communicate clearly to ensure successful collaboration?
Pretty informal first round interview with no technical questions and asked more about my background and told more about the role and the travel requirements and salary given. Be confident and answer truthfully.
