Recruiter called me and asked if am interested to proceed further with the interview process. I asked if they have enough budget for this position and have shared my current Pay and expected pay. Recruiter agreed and conducted 5 interviews with HR round as well. All interview went very well and Finally recruiter asked for my pay slips and then complete silence. No update. Even am following up over the emails and calls. This is completely un professional way to waste the candidate time. If they don't have enough budget they should have told upfront in the beginning rather wasting valuable time and considering another candidate over the pay difference.
