Interview
I filled out the app online the next day I receive an email that I have been selected to do a pre employment test that requires a typing test and navigating through different screens.. If you are computer savvy you will pass this part.. Then next they ask me to come back to do a HR interview.. With in the interview I answer typical interview questions. Then I did a role play with the HR manger they give you a some papers that has a fake company you answer the call and try to help the cx the best way! I passed that part and I went on to do the job shadow and then another interview with the department mangers.. Wowed them with my personality and they offer me the job on the spot..
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
