Interview
One round, I was contacted by phone by the managing attorney. Set an appointment to meet up. Managing attorney and a regional VP were in the meeting. We discussed my work history, they explained what they did as GEICO staff counsel. I related how I thought my previous experience would make me a good fit with the company.
A week or two later the managing attorney contacted me and asked if I was interested in accepting a position. It was pretty simple and straightforward, there were no tests or anything, rather they seemed to be feeling me out for personality to see if I would be a good fit, and was generally competent.

Interview
The interview process starts out with the initial online application. There was an automatic email sent out that said an offer was not extended but then I received a call urgently asking me to interview. Nothing was in writing as far as the offer or job description but everything was them wanting a call to explain why things were the way they were.
it was completely unorganized and appeared as if there was no preparation by the interviewer. i left the interview completely uninterested in the opportunity - particularly since the interviewer appeared not to have read any of the materials that i provided

Interview
I was asked via email to schedule an interview 5 days prior. Then I was sent a link to the interview. The interview was conducted virtually by the supervising attorney of the department. It lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer informed me at the end that they would inform me within the next two weeks whether I would be receiving an offer.
