Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. Although I have almost 10 years of retail experience and TONS of sales experience, as well as supervisory positions on my resume in both of those fields and they sent me a pretty generic email saying that they didn't hire me because my "background did not match their needs". However, I know they have hired people quite a bit younger than me with a lot less work experience. I think it has something to do with the fact that I have a degree and they would therefore have to pay me a higher hourly rate than someone without a degree.
I would like to work for GEICO, but if my resume doesn't SCREAM sales, then I have NO IDEA what they are looking for.

Give me an example of a time you went above and betond to provide excellent customer service.
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
