After sending in a resume, be sure to have transcripts on hand. They WILL ask for them. Soon after, they send a sort of assessment that takes around an hour to fill out. Depending on the results of the assessment, they will request to schedule a 10-15 minute phone interview with you. This interview covers the basics of the position, how long the program lasts, and asks you basic questions regarding your resume, "why GEICO", etc.
Afterwards, they send you a more in-depth personality assessment, after which they will decide if you're worthy of an in-person interview or not.
