      Interview

It is as everyone here said: expect to spend hours there but you likely will not be hired. They apparently base their decision solely on the role play and despite what some prior reviews say not all the info will be in the role play packet. Myself and two other people I know who interviewed there got a final question in the role play for specific information that was not in the paperwork they give you. I don't know what they want but it is beyond frustrating. I wasted 4 hours of my time for them to reject me as a candidate due to that. Online assessment: passed Phone interview went fine Computer assessment in office was passed Interview with recruiter went well Role playing went ok until the last part If the role play is their sole criteria for hiring as it appears to be then they really should do it before the interview with the recruiter. 4 hours is a large amount of my time to waste to not hire me. Most companies decide that after an hour long phone interview. I have years of experience. So do the other people I know who were rejected. I understand having high criteria for hiring but most companies manage to weed out candidates in a far more expedient manner. The recruiter was friendly and engaging but after 4 hours there she should have been honest that I was not moving forward instead of claiming a manager was not available for an interview and would follow up. I already knew from reviews here that was not truthful. I got a generic rejection email the next business day. I would like to have known what they felt I did wrong on the role play

Fairly Easy, they will ask you situational questions that describe your judgement and will allow, them to understand your rationale in very difficult situations. They describe the role of the position and how you will deal with customers on a daily

      Interview

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Lakeland, FL) in Aug 2020

      Interview

Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
