A lot of steps which included multiple phone interviews and an in person interview that involved role playing. Checked out my ability to prioritize by looking at a route map and planning a day, and negotiate. There were 4 other people in the room to interview me.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Indianapolis, IN) in June 2018
Interview
Submitted my application online and was then contacted via email for a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview but received no call. I called in later to make sure everything was alright, and apparently, the interviewer's phone was not working. That fine. Would've appreciated an email, but that's neither here nor there. We rescheduled the interview and I was then left hanging again. Very unprofessional.
UPDATE: They called once again to schedule an interview. The interviewer called and asked about my GPA, which I did submit when I applied. Then went on to say that it was not good enough for this position even with my prior management experience and leadership activities. Very quick phone call. Geico does not seem to value actual experience and only what fits on to your transcript.

Interview
First interview with recruiter, phone review with another recruiter, and then last interview with director. Total of 3 screenings. Overall, customer service questions and how you responded or dealt with a particular situation.

Question 1
Q: Name a time when you seen a team member have more potential and they weren't using it
I did so horribly on my interview. A couple of months later I got an email from the recruiter who conducted my email asking to apply for the job. So, it wasn't horrible enough to be remembered.
