Interview
It is a very complex hiring process, but that's most likely because they are trying to eliminate candidates. I applied online, met the college recruiter at a networking event, and the next day I was offered a phone interview, She contacted me within three days by phone to invite me for a final interview at their regional office. The questions are simply behavioral; they want to see if you are consistent with your answers and if you've studied the questions that were asked in the first round. MAKE SURE TO RELAX AND BE ENTHUSIASTIC.

What type of management would you like to be under?
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
