I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEICO (Buffalo, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
The process was very long. Took me about 8 hours to finish and I completed it all in one day. Would have been nice to have been offered to get a lunch or at least been a bit more open about the length of a break between interviews. I did enjoy shadowing an agent though, provided a lot of insight of what the job would actually be like.
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Macon, GA)
Interview
There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.
Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
