Interview
First I had to complete an online test that was mostly logic-based questions and some arithmetic. Then I had a thirty minute phone interview where they asked mostly behavioral questions and had me elaborate on my background. I then went in for the final in-person interview, which consisted of several fit and behavioral interviews as well as one data analysis interview. The data analysis portion was thirty minutes of time alone to complete a short data analysis task in Excel. Then there was an hour long discussion with an interviewer about my answers to the data analysis exercise.

Interview
The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.

Basic behavioral interview questions for phone screen like describe who you are, explain a challenge you overcame. They then give you a small overview of the role at the company. They said they would get back within the week.
