Applied online and shortly after received assessment to take. I was called/emailed about 2 or 3 days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 20 to 25 minutes going over hours training date and a little about me. The interviewer asked about my bachelors degree and future plans which is in a different field and it kinda caught me off guard. At the end of interview she advised I would receive a email regarding next steps (from doing research and reading other reviews that normally means you didn’t move forward). So 2 days later I received a missed call advising I had a scheduled appointment today and if I didn’t answer my phone my application would be withdrawn...umm okay ? I did not know anything about this so I’m confused. Well I called and left voicemail and email so far it’s been 2 days no response yet so not sure how to take that. Definitely not a pleasant experience.?
