Interview
Basically the process for this position is you apply you set up a phone interview, from there if they like what they hear you go to the location for the interview which typically last all day, you meet with a representative which sits you onto a computer so they can test you for the position, from there if you do well you do a simulation which handles your stress. From there if they believe you are a good fit then you meet with a manager whether id be a manager for the position or an hr manager. From there I received an offer which I accepted.

It would have been smoother if I'd been able to do everything in one day for the face to face and testing. However, I had to come back a week later and it made things more difficult than they needed to be. However, I liked the process, seeing your skills, etc...
