After the screening the recruiter set up a time for a skills assessment (was about 2 days later. It was basic word paragraph comprehension, basic math reasoning problems). You have to leave your phone on with the recruiter while taking the test. You can not have it on mute. The test took about 30 minutes to complete. I passed the test, the recruiter then scheduled me for a personality assessment test a few days later. Again, while taking the personality assessment you need to keep your phone on with the recruiter. It took me about 50 minutes to complete the Caliper personality assessment. Once the assessment is completed the recruiter notified me that unfortunately Geico did not want to proceed with another interview.
