Interview
Fast. Applied Online, received email to complete wotcp survey next day. Day after received a phone call to set up initial interview. Set up Manager Interview at end of initial phone interview and received link to complete survey. Completed the manager interview yesterday to make it sound like I would get selected only to receive an email at midnight that I wasn’t selected and can reapply for any position in six months waste of time, they don’t choose they let a computer decide. Your answers go into a system and it decides if you get an offer.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you were put in competition with a coworker.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
