After applying i took a test, which i didn't finish. Got a call the next day to set the phone interview. Phone interview was easy. Then submitted info for dmv check. Tomorrow is my face to face interview.

Why do you wanna be an adjuster for Geico? How do you feel about handling irrate customers?
Month long process and start format questions . Cognitive assessment was given as well. Not able to remember in which order. I also had a virtual interview with a nice lady who then offered me the job after the interview.
Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
