Interview
Very long process, first a typical phone interview. Then a computer test. After that they will check your driving record. If you get past that, you can go into a face to face interview. Typical questions that are read from a script and entered into a computer for "grading". If you pass that, they will invite you back for a second face to face interview, but this one is a 2.5 hour long role playing interview using a fake company in a variety of settings, plus you have to use your own cell phone during the interview since there are no phones. After that is done, it has to be "graded" again before you can make it to the final interview.
Extremely long and drawn out process for a $34.5k job. This entire process took place in a body shop. Not the most professional way of doing business.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Interview
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
