I applied online and was contacted by HR for the first screening. The second interview was an exam; after I submitted the exam, no score was given. A few days later, HR contacted me, stating I failed the exam. There is no transparency about this. The exam has nothing to do with supporting executives. A lot of questions relate to AI and project management.
