Long! If your on the job hunt and Geico calls you with interest continue to apply to other jobs. You have to do a questionnaire, take a test, phone interview, and more. The interview process takes at least 2 months. Within that amount of time if your fortunate you might get offered a job elsewhere while trying to purse Geico.
The interview included behavioral questions, a case study focused on data interpretation and business reasoning, and a SQL technical assessment. It was conducted by multiple directors and covered both soft and technical skills.

I had one 45min recruiter phone interview, then one 1hr interview with the associate director of the department, and finally one 1hr interview with the senior director of the department.

Went through multiple stages for interviews (phone & in person) and it wasn't too long of a process. Fairly positive experience and not overly stressful. Dealt with multiple parties throughout.
