Had a couple of rounds with their Sr. Director and Managers and Analysts, which turned out less like interviews and more like free Workday workshops. For over an hour, they picked my brain on how to resolve their internal issues, asked about new Workday features, and happily took in all the tips, tricks, and best practices I shared.
Basically, I gave them a mini roadmap for free and then they said bye.
Classic case of companies using interviews as unpaid consulting sessions!
