GEICO Leadership Development Program interview questions

I was mostly given situations and asked what I would do in those situations. The situations were mostly gauging on what I would do as a leader. Both interviews had such similar content.

There was online pre-work that tested education and computing competency. Then, there were several phone interviews where the interviewer asked scenario questions. Finally, there was one virtual interview with roughly 8 interviewers. Overall, the interview process was roughly 2-3 weeks
