They posted an ad on indeed looking for a “ Front end” loader. I applied, asked to send my abstract and CVOR which I did. Was moved to the next step which was a driving test. I passed the driving test and was asked to fill out an application, started talking with the guy who took me out for a driving test and the interviewer when they informed me that when they hire you start out in a straight truck and as you get time of service you can move to different trucks. I said but the ad stated They were looking for front end, he said they were fully staffed for that position. I asked if I was to look passed the “miscommunication” how long to get to front end driver? They replied “it will take awhile considering other employees with seniority have been waiting.” I walked away when they said they start at $24.86 cause I’m married ($25.86 if ur single). I then emailed the recruiter when I walked out and “was told they confirmed the front loader position, and was not notified of the change”. Huge waste of time. Feel lied to and misled. Have been reading other ads stating the same.
