GGS IT Consulting interview questions

30 minutes (half English / half Polish), two technical questions (in English): 1. How many SQL joins do I know (and what are differences) 2. UNION vs UNION ALL in sql - the difference. Then I was asked to talk about one of my projects in detail.

(Krakow) At first stage I had 10 minutes phone call when the HR asked me in English why i am interested in automating processes what is join, what types of joins we have, what is api and do i know something about cross join and unions. I didn't expect technical questions and I think it's the reason why I was rejected
