Firstly I had an interview with what I thought was one person and three were on the call. I thought it was unprofessional not to be notified about this. To be honest I encountered many red flags which made me decline my offer. I later had a technical test, which was fine. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming, even though I believe one of the interviewers asked me if I had used a CLI - I was applying for a DevOps position.
I can't say the same for the talent partner though who scheduled a call for the offer and then ghosted me and called around 3 hours later - demonstrating total disrespect for my time as I changed plans to wait for the call. I was then informed I would be sent more information about benefits and unfortunately that email never arrived. I'm not sure why this whole process was done via text and not email.
A bad interview experience and I ultimately decided to decline this offer due to the lack of respect for my time and low salary for level of skill and responsibility for such a role.
