Competency based and had to provide examples. Explained how the process was going to go. Felt at ease. HR and two directors. Had to do a presentation at the interview. Lasted about an hour.

First interview was with Hr, going through my resume with questions about my work history, schooling and on the job training. After this part I interviewed with the Deaprtmnet head going over their products and talking about designs and how I present the designs
