After online application where will be a direct interview in person, then you will be invited to the company. You have to wear suits and dress well. The interview took about 20 minutes asking several questions

What is one difficulty you faced working as a team and how did you overcome it.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial HR screening focusing on background and motivation. The second round was with the team manager, discussing responsibilities and relevant experience. The final round was with the CEO, mainly assessing cultural fit and long-term commitment. The overall process was professional and straightforward.
solid interview process, a 30 minute chat with the hr recruiter, mostly behavioral questions and then asking about how your english and chinese is. very simple and very effective, did not waste time at all.
