I was emailed by a talent acquisition manager about setting up a phone interview and was asked to have 15-20 minutes of interrupted time, a pad of paper, and pen available and was asked if the call could be on a land line to avoid cell phone mishaps. The call started 2 minutes early, which I expected and lasted 18 minutes. Questions about most challenging conflict with a potential project/event being a lead who is working through remote portals, to managing teams, resolving staffing, client, and venue issues on the fly. Salary, expectations and scenario were explained - it was very thorough.
