In reality, I just showed up and walked into a room with the CEO. He said he didn't care about experience and just cared about work ethic, and then offered me too little money. I countered, and he said he'd send me an offer in a couple of days.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GMetrix (Orem, UT) in June 2012
Interview
- Mostly was asked about previous experience.
- Was able to share work I had done out of my own self motivation which was a great opportunity
- Was asked details about my experience with certain programming languages, software and technology
