GO - Global Outsourcing interview questions

I interviewed for this part-time role over the course of approximately three weeks and completed three rounds of interviews. Throughout the process, the conversations were very positive. When I asked about the vision of the role, the interviewers shared that they were still determining it, which I understood. At the conclusion of the final interview, I was told I could expect an update by the end of the week. After a week passed, I followed up and was told I would hear back the following week. Unfortunately, I never received any additional communication or a final decision. I understand that hiring priorities can change and positions may be delayed or canceled, but candidates who invest their time in multiple rounds of interviews deserve timely and transparent communication. The lack of follow-up significantly impacted my overall impression of the hiring process.
