Speaking with the partner, who is very friendly and easy going, always smiling and giving you positive feedback. Very honest with the situation of the company, no circling around. his positive energy is one of the reasons why i chose to accept his offer, as i can see myself communicating with him easily.

Interview
Initial interview was via zoom. It was a smooth and friendly interview with a good balance of technical and soft skill questions. The next interview was in person where I met other members of the team who were lovely and approachable.
