The weirdest interview i've ever had.
There were a lot of other candidates in the call, even with different job positions. And we were given an overview of the company, of the coach, and culture for the first 20-30 minutes. And they proceeded to ask us to advertise ourselves for our intro.
After that, we were asked to do a focus group discussion and then present what we have discussed. But then they proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to present it as they recorded it. That's all. So weird.
And then no news whatsoever, and they kept recruiting too for ages.
