Sent in my resume in response to an internet posting. Was emailed for an interview about a week later. Met with the team leader who had fairly general questions about my background and experience, no behavioural interview questions.

Interview was good . Very open and transparent . Nice guys . Sports oriented and all down to earth people . The office was updated and in a decent area . Small company . Around 30 people in the office
