Interviewed with the CEO. It was a small start-up company at the time, and they were looking for someone with my specific skill set. Therefore, the interview was quick and painless, and an offer was made the same day.
Technical but fair process. Heavy on knowledge testing, but it was stuff you should know to do the job so I was OK with it. Appreciated the HR follow up.
