I applied online. I interviewed at GVE Online Education (Toronto, ON) in June 2017
Interview
Interviewer was very kind and informative. She gave me all of the details about the job straight away. She began by asking me a few questions about myself and about my experience that I listed on my resume. After that was a 10 to 15 minute demo lesson (they provide the material before hand). After the demo lesson, my interview gave me immediate feedback because, of course, I wasn't perfect. But she did like my lesson enough to hire me right then and there. I like that they make a decision pretty quick. She let me know about the benefits and pay rates of the company. In addition, she let me know exactly what I would be getting into such as having to deal with time differences and such. She was easy to talk to, and not intimidating at all. I had anther interview with a similar online company awhile back, and they were rather stiff and not helpful at all, so my interview experience with GVE was very pleasant.

Interview
They make you choose through their online platform which dates and times for interview, was send a PowerPoint to demo with all the instructions on what theyre looking for. Last a 10 minutes, I accidently got confused with China time and missed my interview, they were super nice and understanding and allowed me to reschedule.
