HR was really helpful and kind. Thorough and transparent with the process. The problem started with the user. The interviewer gives negative energy as if they already knew they are going to fail the candidate. The flow was unclear. Low expectation was set from HR as well.

Lack of focus and the founders’ disconnect from reality is the major problem. The interview process was a joke, don’t waste your time even talking with the founders, they have no idea whatsoever.
