The interview process is a very thorough, lengthy process, with many stages. It included an initial phone interview, a 2hr+ Gallup Talent Assessment phone interview, Zoom interviews, and in-person interviews.

Two Assessments that screen for your ability to perform the job, interview with HR, then the Hiring Manager and then members of the team. The team was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. When you sense hesitation or lack of interest in you then it probably means they have someone else in mind or you are not seriously being considered.
