Interview
The process was a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter followed by three hour long “virtual onsite” where I met with the managing editor, director, senior editor, and recruiter once again.
Pretty expected questions about their existing work processes. Studied what they've been doing and what they could do better. They want to hear how you can maximize, not continue at current rate.
