HR reached out via Viber. Very responsive. Then they emailed an application form and a document with questions about Brand Management and other questions related to previous work experience. Some questions were situational. Then came the actual interview via Zoom.

What is one thing you took part in and you are proud of?
There are three rounds of interview with HR, the team manager, and the head. After the HR interview, they asked me to prepare a case study. They asked me typical job interview questions and were interested to know about my past work experiences and advocacies.
