submitted my application online, called to follow up, they looked at my resume, called for an interview, and then we sat down and she asked me questions. like what do you think about gap, how would you handle employee disagreements, how would you handle a disgruntled employee?

what can you bring tot he table that no other person could bring?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
