Interview
I applied online and got called for an interview the next week. The interview was easy and fun. It was a group interview. We first did a style challenge and talked about why we choose our outfits. I was hired the night after my 2nd interview with the GM.

Question 1
The questions were straight forward. She asked about bad customer service experiences, how we would handle certain situations, where do you find inspiration etc. Pretty easy stuff. As long as you talk about customer service a lot and know fashion trends you'll be fine.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
