The location was very disorganized. The location was a Gap Kids/Baby Gap. It was common to see few to no employees in major areas of the store. The supervisors had me call multiple times to schedule and reschedule my interviews.

Question 1
How would you convince a parent to buy something for their child?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
