Sales results driven, and they are a company that want to truly get to know who you are. They really dove
deep into your résumé asking probing questions. This interview was something that you needed to prepare for and know who you are as a leader.

Interview
The recruiters are so energetic and sweet at The Gap! The process is super long. For a position that is open, they are still interviewing and it has been 2 months. I interviewed with a recruiter, the Regional HR partner, the person who would be my boss as well as the Visual Manager for the Region. Next I had a phone interview with Head of Stores for Canada and US and then things got interesting...I had to wait over a week for feedback as they were finishing interviewing other candidates. I could never get direct feedback as to why I did not get the last interview, but I believe it was either due to them wanting specialty experience or an internal promote.
