Interview
The proceess was easy. 1st group interview, 2nd interview and a questonare on line with questions around service, loss prevention. Base on las experirnce. after the system aprove your submited questionare, store leadership call you to make you ana appointment to an interview
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
