I met with the customer experience manager, the general manager and the district manager, so three one on one interviews. They asked generic interview questions. How do you prioritize? What would you change or suggest to improve the store?

I met with the District Manager and a Store Manager from one of the locations. Mostly behavioral based questions and getting to know my background. Questions like, “name a time when you……” or “how would you solve this dilemma?”

Initial interview was over the phone. We had a easy going conversation. There was not a lot of Q & A. They made it easy to be myself. Second was a face to face with the D.M. same vibe easy going I was able to really dig into details about what I could bring to the business.

Had several interviews with two different store managers and district manager. Always gave a time frame for follow up and followed it. Everyone asked different questions so you don't feel like you are repeating yourself with each interview. They had clear communication and good follow up after the interview and process.
