I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap
Interview
Relatively easy for a person with experience in Project Management. Usual questions around Agile Project Management, situational questions and questions around the past experiences. There are a lot of questions on Agile practices as Gap is relatively mature in Agile methodology and so there is a lot of focus on understanding agile and interpreting the metrics to interpret status. There are a few situational questions depending on the position you are interviewing for. Some questions are around behavior.

Question 1
BurnUp charts and how do we interpret them for statuses.
amazing, they were really detailed in their questions, very obvious they knew their stuff, really enjoyed it very very much. I felt comfortable and at ease, they guided me through everything well.
Very easy and pretty simple one. It was a panel interview with everyone asking their questions. Most of which were situational and hypothetical ones. It began with tell me about yourself and then went on for good 30 minutes.

Question 1
How would you work with distinction team.
What would you do if the team developed something else but not what you explained them?
The recruiting process overall was negative because it was not smooth, no follow up from the recruiter. They didn't call me on time, and did not follow up when they said they would.
