Gap Product Development interview questions

HR found an older resume from their database and called for an exploratory phone call. The screening interview took about 10 min. Afterwards, they decided to schedule a proper phone interview with the next person in HR which took place a few days later and was about 20 min. Then we scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager, but I ended up cancelling due to scheduling conflicts. Trying to reschedule took a few weeks and then I received an email stating they had decided to pursue another candidate. Follow up from HR was poor but I've experienced worse.
