I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was heavy on coachability, they often mentioned notes from previous calls and appreciated when I mentioned ways I worked to improve from previous interviews within the three interview process. Most of the questions were directly from questions on Glassdoor: what's one way you changed someone's no to a yes, time you exceeded a goal, time you received feedback, obviously your why sales. They are heavy on STAR method and appreciate a takeaway at the end. The last interview was definitely the hardest, I felt my interviewer pushed me but, in a way, she was looking to see how I adapted. They are also BIG on Gartner knowledge: three main products/services, how you would describe the product (and ask to make sure you understand,) the value of the product, etc. Overall enjoyed the process but you definitely have to prepare.
