Made it to the second interview, where it was mainly behavior-based questions, and then received feedback at the end of the call. Recruiters are very helpful in every step of the process.

Interview
The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.
